Led by Marlene Kamo & Patrick Sohacki! A private personalized class that includes a little bit of everything! Oracle card pulls, meditation, gentle yoga, pranayama (breath work), long savasana (corpse pose) while healing musical instruments are being played (sound bowls, drum, guitar, etc..), & energy healing during savasana. ​This is a great experience for yourself or a group of up to 10 people! As always, my goal is for you to feel supported on your path & empowered to evolve. *** bring water and any other tools that may serve you (Journal, eye pillow, blanket... etc.), and dress comfortably We meet at Mountain Hawk Park or a location of your choice (with my approval). ***if session takes place outside of Eastlake, otay ranch, or bonita, a minimum $5 is added to total cost depending on distance*** Reach out directly for an exact pricing.
