This is a great option to give back to employees, members, etc!
It includes postural yoga, pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, & sound bath.
Rates for 60-75 minute classes:
1-2 classes a month
$190 each for up to 15 students
$5 per student thereafter
3-4 classes a month
$170 each for up to 15 students
$5 per student thereafter
5-8 classes (use within 3 months)
Rates for 30-45 minute classes:
1-2 classes a month
$110 each for up to 15 students
$3 per student thereafter
3-4 classes a month
$100 each for up to 15 students
$3 per student thereafter

$150 each for up to 15 students
