Integrative Energy Healing (3 Sessions)

Service Description

This energy exchange promotes activation of your natural healing processes and aids in restoring your spiritual, physical, and emotional well-being through a light touch & hovering hands approach. Practices include Reiki, Prana Therapy, Chakra Balancing, Crystal & Tibetan Bowl Sound Healing, & an iRest® Co-Meditation. (Refer to "services" page for further info of each offering) You will be laying down for the majority of the session on a yoga mat set up by me. Expect to have at least 15 minutes after the session for questions and further discussion. *** Bring water and any other tools that may serve you (Journal, eye pillow, blanket... etc.), and dress comfortably. We meet at Mountain Hawk Park, Yoga Lab, or a location of your choice (with my approval). ***If session takes place outside of Eastlake, otay ranch, or bonita, a minimum $10 fee is added to total cost depending on distance*** Reach out directly for an exact price. MUST BE USED WITHIN 3 MONTHS OF FIRST SESSION.
