Terms & Conditions: By scheduling/and/or paying for any service you acknowledge that you have read and attest to fully understanding the following:

You desire to engage voluntarily in yoga and/or energy healing sessions with Marlene Kamo (Mystic Marls). You understand that services with Marlene can serve you on different layers (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual). You understand that you are to listen to the feedback of your body and are responsible for monitoring your own condition, and throughout the session, should any pain occur, you would cease your participation and inform Marlene Kamo.

You also understand that by booking an appointment, should you agree to receive energy healing, you state that you understand Reiki/Integrative energy healing is a meditative energetic technique that can help with stress reduction and relaxation. You acknowledge that sessions administered are only for the purpose of helping you welcome clarity,  relaxation, and to relieve stress. Reiki/Integrative Healing Practitioners do not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe substances or perform medical treatment, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. It is recommended that you see a licensed physician, or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment or condition you may have.

You also understand Marlene Kamo may place her hands directly on you during the session whether for hands-on yoga adjustments or energy healing. Marlene always asks for your consent first and respect your choice to say no.

You authorize Marlene Kamo to capture photos of you taken during class sessions to be used for the purpose of marketing and sharing on her personal social media.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in yoga & energy healing arts facilitated by Marlene Kamo, you do hereby release, waive, discharge, and agree not to sue Marlene Kamo from any and all LIABILITY for any death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft or actions, including any alleged or actual negligent act or omissions, regardless of whether such act or omission is active or passive. You expressly INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Marlene Kamo from any and all liabilities or claims.
