Service Description

This is a great option to give back to employees, members, etc! Includes pranayama, meditation, sound therapy, & live guitar. Price begins at $170 each session for 15 or less students. $5 per student thereafter. *Small discount is applied if no sound therapy/live guitar is wanted* We check in throughout the practice to ensure you feel comfortable and welcome elements of Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda to enrich your experience. Private sessions are tailored to your group needs. We meet at a local park or your place of choice. Some props can be provided if needed (mat, blocks, etc..). ***if session takes place outside of Eastlake, otay ranch, or bonita, a minimum $5 is added to total cost depending on distance*** Reach out directly for an exact pricing
