Ayurveda can be defined as the science/ knowledge of life as it teaches us how to find balance in our lives and heal our bodies using nature’s guidance. It requires active participation from the person/student to achieve healing and harmony. Ayurveda is one of the most ancient and well documented systems of medicine. It is rooted in the practical wisdom of India’s Vedic heritage and aligns us with the seasons and 5 elements of nature. This consultation welcomes an integrative approach to health, wellness, and spirituality. We cover a range of areas related to your life-- including lifestyle, diet, career, relationships, etc... I offer an assessment of your body-mind constitution (dosha) and review any major imbalances within your body, mind, and in your external environment. I integrate Yoga psychology, Ayurveda, & Jyotish (Sidereal Astrology) to best assess your concerns. As always, my goal is for you to feel supported on your journey by offering you tools that honor you on your current path in life. The session includes two follow-up appointments of up to 30 minutes each over Zoom, Google Meets, or in-person based on your preference. The session also includes access to an Ayurveda Online Manual.
