8 Session Yoga Package

Service Description

In depth exploration of the self with a practice catered to you/your group of up to 4 people. (small price adjustment if more than 4) Includes pranayama, hands-on adjustments, meditation, sound bowl healing, & energy healing during savasana. We check in throughout the practice to ensure you feel comfortable and welcome elements of yoga therapy and Ayurveda to enrich your experience.  We meet at a local park or your place of choice. Some props can be provided if needed (mat, blocks, etc..).
