Service Description

In depth exploration of the self with a practice catered to you. Includes pranayama, hands-on adjustments, meditation, sound bowl healing, & energy healing during savasana. We check in throughout the practice to ensure you feel comfortable and welcome elements of yoga therapy and Ayurveda to enrich your experience.  We meet at a local park or your place of choice. Equipment can be provided if needed.
