Service Description

Personalized private yoga for a group. Includes pranayama, hands-on adjustments, meditation, sound bowl healing, & energy healing in savasana. This is a great option for special occasions or just wanting to practice with your friends, family, and/or coworkers! We check in throughout the practice to ensure you feel comfortable and welcome elements of Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda to enrich your experience. Private sessions are tailored to your group needs. We meet at a local park or your place of choice. Some props can be provided if needed (mat, blocks, etc..).
