Service Description

In depth exploration of the self with a practice catered to you! Includes pranayama, hands-on adjustments, meditation, sound bowl healing, & energy healing during savasana. We check in throughout the practice to ensure you feel comfortable and welcome elements of yoga therapy and Ayurveda to enrich your experience.  We meet at a local park or your place of choice. Some props can be provided if needed (mat, blocks, etc..). ***if session takes place outside of Eastlake, otay ranch, or bonita, a minimum $5 is added to total cost depending on distance*** Reach out directly for an exact pricing.
