1:1 Mentorship (10 Hours)

Service Description

Feel supported and empowered as you harness your potential as a yoga teacher or energy healing facilitator! Yoga Mentorship can include but is not limited to: Diving deeper into yogic philosophy Practice teaching and connecting to your voice as a teacher (for yoga auditions or private sessions) Learning intentional cueing for poses  Getting comfortable giving hands on adjustments Learning intentional trauma-informed language  Putting together a workshop Yoga as a business that honors the spiritual practice and does not exploit it.  Energy Healing Mentorship can include but is not limited to: Practice facilitating on me or a friend with me as a guide Learning to integrate different modalities: i.e: Reiki & Chakra balancing  Effective marketing and understanding of energy healing as a business that honors and does not exploit the spiritual practice Also included: 10 free park yoga sessions or three 30min energy healing sessions Email/Text check ins based on client's preferences Two 30minute phone calls Mentorship can take place at client's setting of choice. Hours can be split however you'd like. Ex: Ten 1hr days or One 2 hour day & two 4 hour days, etc...
