- Learning/Journaling about the Full Moon in Scorpio and how it relates to us

- 50 Minute Gentle Yoga Flow
- Sound Bowl Healing + Shamanic Drum
- Integrative Energy Healing (Reiki, Chakra Balancing, etc...)
- Chanting to the full moon (Aum Cham Chandraya Namaha)Â
