- Learning/Journaling about the Full Moon in Capricorn and how it relates to us
- Authentic discussion/holding space for eachother
- 50 Minute Gentle Yoga Flow
- Sound Bowl Healing
- Shamanic Drum with Patrick Sohacki
- Reiki during savasana
- Chanting to the full moon (Aum Cham Chandraya Namaha)
